Warranty

We're passionate about our products and naturally strive to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet, there may be occasional hiccups, like a damaged order during transport or unexpected twists, warranting your right to claim warranty. According to European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

A defect

If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, please contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is, in any case, two months, though under certain circumstances, a longer period may be deemed acceptable. If you reach out to us promptly, we will arrange for a cost-free repair or replacement. While we don't anticipate glitches, keeping you in the loop is key in our bullish approach. 

Complaints

Although striving for the best customer experience, it might occur that things don't go exactly as planned - just like BTC didn't reach 100K in 2021. We recommend bringing any concerns to our attention first by emailing to info@nevernotbullish.com. As mentioned above, we will always aim to arrange you a cost-free repair or replacement if possible. If contacting us doesn't lead to a resolution, you could submit your complaint via the European Commission's ODR platformIf your complaint is not being addressed elsewhere, feel free to submit it through the European Union's platform.
