Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without stating any reasons. You can do so by sending us an e-mail. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product(s). You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. The only costs you are responsible for are the return costs from your home to our company’s address. Depending on the carrier of your choice, these costs are approximately €6.00 per package. Please consult the carrier for exact rates. We recommend you to get a tracking number to avoid lost items. If items get lost and a tracking code cannot be provided, we are unfortunately unable to reimburse your order.

To be able to return the goods, please contact us at info@nevernotbullish.com. Simply send us an email which includes your order number and the products you wish to return. Once you've received our confirmation, you're ready to return the items.

We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving your return, if the product has been received by us in its original condition and packaging. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

All products we sell can be returned. A return is accepted when it's been returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all supplied accessories and tags. The items have to be unwashed and unworn.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have to notify us about the items you wish to return. Please send us an e-mail at info@nevernotbullish.com which includes your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
After this cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). Pick a carrier of choice and ship the items to us. Returning the items comes at your own expense. We recommend you to get a tracking code.
