“Never Not Bullish – Stay Rare”

3. Campaign Period

Runs from 24 July 2025 until 14 August 2025, inclusive.

4. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or older, residing in Europe.
Participation is free, granted the participant makes at least one purchase of €30 or more during the campaign period.
Only purchases made from 24 July to 14 August 2025 count toward entry.

5. Entry Requirements

Every qualifying purchase of €30 or more counts as one entry.
Multiple purchases each meeting the threshold earn additional entries.

6. Exclusions

Returned orders are excluded from entry consideration.
The 2-week waiting period after campaign end ensures that only finalized, non-returned purchases are eligible.

7. Prize

A total of €500 in Bitcoin will be awarded to one randomly selected winner.
Bitcoin amount is based on the market conversion rate at the time of payout and will be sent once via a single Bitcoin transaction to an address provided by the winner.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The draw will occur by 28 August 2025 (within two weeks of campaign end), ensuring return periods have closed.
Winner will be contacted via email at the address used for purchase.
If no response is received within 7 days, follow‑ups will be made.
If the winner still doesn't respond by 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

Personal data collected (name, email, address) is used only for campaign purposes, including winner selection and contact.
No marketing emails will be sent unless consent is explicitly provided.
Data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days post-campaign, unless otherwise consented to.

10. Changes, Cancellation, Liability

Never Not Bullish reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time for any reason.
The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or other goods.
By participating, entrants agree to the official rules and decisions, including winner determination and prize fulfillment methods.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of disputes, only the Dutch courts shall have jurisdiction.
